Well, if I wasn't dehydrated from drinking last night I sure am after sweating out in that heat for 28 minutes. Blurgh!0

I'm doing the timed version of the C25K plan. This week Sunday Tuesday and Thursday 28 minutes. Next week 30 mins. (Last week was 25 mins)0 -

I was hoping to crack the 5k in 28 minutes but I only got 4.81. Oh, well, I'll crack it on Tuesday when I'm feeling a bit healthier.0

i did 45 minutes of cardio outside today since the gym was closed.
snow was dripping off my forehead, that is sweat was turning to snow. that or i have dandruff.0 -

I'm aiming for a half marathon in November. There is also a 9km on March 2 but not sure if I'll be ready for that. I do definetly want to get a shorter race or two under my belt before I do the half marathon.0 -
