Looking for buddies to stay on track with!

Hi!
I'm Mackenzie and I just turned 19 recently. I used MFP to lose about 30 lbs last year but fell off when I started college this fall. I wanna lose about 20 lbs now and keep it off after that. I think having friends to check up on me and track with will really help me stay on track. I am a pre-medicine student and have read and watched A LOT about nutrition/weight loss so I think I could help give some good advice to people if they need it (and admit when I have no clue about stuff lol). I am especially interested in working on running goals, since I like to run but would really like to increase my speed and endurance. I also do some work with free weights and would like to work on getting some abs, maybe even start a program like P90X. Anyway, sorry to ramble a little but I am open to being friends with anyone no matter age or weight loss goals!!

Ive just started using MFP in conjunction with running again and so far it's kept me moving downwards, weight-wise after I hit a wall with 3 months of cardio. I've lost 2# in 4 weeks with continued exercise, but now I can totally keep track of my food intake, which was awful. I was eating 2000-2500 cals, then running 4 miles and wondering why I wasn't losing any weight! hahaha, anyway, add me and I'll do what I can to keep you on-track if you like!0
