Looking for buddies to stay on track with!

Hi!
I'm Mackenzie and I just turned 19 recently. I used MFP to lose about 30 lbs last year but fell off when I started college this fall. I wanna lose about 20 lbs now and keep it off after that. I think having friends to check up on me and track with will really help me stay on track. I am a pre-medicine student and have read and watched A LOT about nutrition/weight loss so I think I could help give some good advice to people if they need it (and admit when I have no clue about stuff lol). I am especially interested in working on running goals, since I like to run but would really like to increase my speed and endurance. I also do some work with free weights and would like to work on getting some abs, maybe even start a program like P90X. Anyway, sorry to ramble a little but I am open to being friends with anyone no matter age or weight loss goals!!
If you would like to add me my username is mdelvin1 and I am open to texting if you message me on MFP!

Thanks :)
-Mack

Feel free to add me I will keep you motivated
  • Ive just started using MFP in conjunction with running again and so far it's kept me moving downwards, weight-wise after I hit a wall with 3 months of cardio. I've lost 2# in 4 weeks with continued exercise, but now I can totally keep track of my food intake, which was awful. I was eating 2000-2500 cals, then running 4 miles and wondering why I wasn't losing any weight! hahaha, anyway, add me and I'll do what I can to keep you on-track if you like!
