Is this including all miles walked or 50 additional miles? (I have a fitbit zip, which tracked me at 80 miles last month total)0

I'm in for 50 miles if it's okay for my miles to be on the elliptical. I'm still battling Plantar Fasciitis, so walking/jogging are off limits. I don't know about others, but I find perceived exertion/calorie burn/times strangely equivalent between hard work on the elliptical and moderately hard work on the road. 1.5 today, have a really sore calf, so it's going to be fairly low going for the first few days. Hopefully catch up with the rest of you from next week onwards - but so far 1.5 in total at a slow walk.0

Definitely down for this. Excited! I ran track for a long time and I quit and haven't gotten back on track as far as running is concerned yet. This is a great challenge that I definitely accept!0
