194lbs to 168lbs join my journey!

Hi everyone!
My names Corey and I have used this site for calorie counting in the past and have decided to return!
I'm currently 194lbs and my target is to get down to 168lbs for the summer. I know along the way there will be some bad days where I will need some added motivation so please guys feel free to add me so you can join my journey and I likewise can join yours.
A little background on me, i'm 22, I live in Wales an work as an Electrical Mate.
I do not smoke or drink alcohol (I know i'm not your typical 22 year old I'm like an old man).
And the things I enjoy most in life are a Chinese on a Saturday night and playing Texas Holdem Poker!
So yeah, feel free to add me and help me keep motivated to reach my goal

I have similar goals as you. My goal is to be 165lbs and 11% body fat.
I don't smoke, but unlike you I do usually drink on the weekends. So I think you're already on the right path.
Hopefully we can both reach our goals this summer.0 -

I'm Brother Brooks, Im in the U. S. Navy, and I'm deployed right now in Djibouti Africa. Im on a 12 week journey from 200lbs to 185lbs, lean mass. 200g protein, 200-300g carbs, 50-75g fat is the daily goal w/ cardio 5x week and split strength training 4x week. My wife and I are taking a trip to the Dominican Rebublic if and when I return home, so this the struggle until then. Let encourage each other on the tough journey. Lets do this!!!!!!!!!!0 -
