So proud of myself.

My entire life, I have been a big girl. I can't remember back to a time where I would consider myself thin. I'm slowly working on changing that. I am officially 56 pounds lighter than I was this time last year. I could have done better, however I let myself give into too much temptation. That doesn't change the fact that I am still immensely proud of myself for coming as far as I have. I promise to anyone reading this..that If I can do it, you can too. :)

I only have very few comparison pictures, because I was to self conscious to allow pictures to be taken of me before.

You've done a fab job Birdie, it does take time to do it and keep it off so despite the wobbles - you are on the right track for a great healthy future. Well done you!

    You are gorgeous!

Way to go! Hey, if you don't let yourself indulge a little bit I find it can be harder to keep the same lifestyle later. It might be slower in losing the weight, but it will happen. As you have already proven.

Haha thank you ladies. :) i'm definitely proud of myself..but there were a good 4-5 months where I didn't try at all. I ate as much as I wanted..and i didn't even think of working out or being active. .I know that I didn't give it my best. I definitely plan on changing that this year however.
