2014 Renaissance

Hello,
First time, but committed to getting healthy for myself and feeling stronger. A better reflection in the mirror will be a nice bonus. I am a 48 yr old, 5'3" mother of two teens who are pretty self sufficient now ~time to refocus on me. Been researching lots, going to start by eating at regular times [as a shift worker that is a challenge] sticking to whole foods, and starting daily excercise, alternating between walking, rowing and some resistance training. First goal ~doing all the above for the whole month of January as i have read that new years resolutions tend not to stick....however i have been preparing and planning to do this for the last two months so think that will work in my favor. Nice to see so much support on here.
