Happy New Year!

I am a 20-something that would like to lose 20-25 pounds this year. However, most importantly, want to develop better eating and exercising habits.

I successfully lost weight a few years ago, and then, unfortunately, I gained it all back.

Anyway, I just saw the "introduce yourself" section and thought I would say hello :) If anyone would like to be friends on here for motivational support, let me know!
