Happy New Year's everyone!

My resolution this year is to track my calories on a daily basis. What are some of your New Year's resolutions and what are you planning to do to achieve them?

    My resolution is to complete a half-marathon and run at least 100km/month.

    To be a healthier person in 2014! I just got a fitbit tracker so I can track my calories steps, etc. and I'm making a commitment to use it every single day!

    I would like to lose 100 pounds with reasonable diet and exercise. I know that is a lot so maybe longer but really determined and motivated. I have allowed my body to become something I don't recognize any more.Hoping the real me will be seen soon.

    I am getting back into my daily workout routine and cutting out diet pop.. I can drink it like nobody's business and it's bad for you. It will be hard but I WILL cut it out... Also getting back to better way of eating. :-)

    My resolutions for 2014 are:

    Mud Masters 6K (March)
    Survival Run 7K (March)
    Strongmanrun 21K (September)
    Start and finish a study nutritionist (whole foods)
    Find a new job
    Finally get my own website and start interior designing projects
    Enjoy every second of life
    Become the fittest I can be

    Can't wait :)!!

    Get down to a healthy BMI and body fat % by the summer
    Tone up so I look and feel good in whatever I want to wear
    Drink less alcohol
    Eat as clean/fresh/vegan as possible
    LOWER MY CHOLESTEROL!

    Delete negativity and be happier. I will stop worrying about the things I can't control and focus on fixing what I can. I find doing makes me happier than sitting and dwelling.

    I want to be more relaxed about things in general. More focused.

    I definitely want to lose 24 lb at minimum during this year. That will put me at my "for now" goal of 180 lb (which I have not seen since 1990 or maybe 1989).

    My New Years Resolutions are :

    1. Try not to hit the snooze on my alarm
    2. Eat Breakfast at home (this will work if I don't hit the snooze alarm)
    3. Prepare myself to be able to complete a 5km race

    A. Find my partner in life... I would like to get married one day :)
    B. Save more then I spend
    C. Just do it... why wait, If I think of something that needs to get done... get up and do it!

    I will wear my seat belt every time I get in a car
    Use credit cards for emergencies only by removing them from my wallet
    Cut back to one cup of coffee per day

    I am only just over halfway to goal. So I have 73 pounds to lose this year and I would like to run my first 5k in May

    I would also like to lose 100 lbs. I look at myself and say "why did I do this to myself?".... My clothes are so uncomfortable and I am done buying bigger sizes.... I need a pal to help me keep motivated....

    Here are mine for now

    Fitness/Exercise related
    - Finish Bridge to 10k programme, and complete a 5k and 10k race by summer 2014
    - Reach goal weight by October 2014 - 24lbs to go so should be doable
    - Finish NROLFW and start NROLFA

    Life Related
    - Don't let myself be put down or bullied - stand up for myself - what I want is just as important as what they want
    - Keep on top of school work, and balance work, school and fitness successfully
    - Have a bit more fun
