whos that looking back at me in the mirror!!

I today weigh in at 221.2 pounds and my goal weight is 159 pounds 62.2 pounds I need to shift!.
I’ve tried a few times but this might sound crazy but this time feels different as I want to do this for ME! I’m always the person running around for everyone else no time for myself! Like I’m sure other people do. But with doing this I do not look after me and now can’t recognise who is looking back at me in the mirror.
It’s not only to look better and be healthy I want to do this for it’s to learn that I’m worth spending some time for me!!
So it’s time for change
