Homemade pizza? We make the dough from scratch too, end up with some weird shaped pizza once the kids have rolled them out but who cares!
Pasta is a great one either with a sauce or cook it, mix with sauce/veg etc then put in an over proof dish and top with cheese for a pasta bake.
Stuffed chicken works well in our house cut a pocket in a chicken breast fill with some form of cheese (light mozzerella, cheddar etc) and spinach or veg if you like. We have also used light soft cheese with herbs just make sure it is all pushed in so the chicken covers the filling. Then you can either wrap it in ham/bacon or dip it in a whisked egg and then in breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for about 20 mins. I serve the kids with chips or jacket but I just have salad. If you are being really good stick to light cheeses and wafer thin ham with egg white not a whoel egg - helps bring down the cals a bit!0 -

so depressed with not being able to exercise properly so going to put a little extra into the eating part this time0 -
the new thing my kids like are sweet potato fries, buy or make them from scratch.
Another version is to bake thin slices or BBQ thick slices with olive oil. My picky 7 year old loves these.0 -
I second skinnytaste-we made her turkey meatloaf last night and my 9 year old inhaled it!0
