How to get on track?

Hi to all! SO I've been on MFP since June or July and I haven't lost anything...I actually gained almost 10 lbs. I was yo-yoing for a while and then the month of December I decided to forget about "dieting" and just do whatever I please....it wasn't getting me anywhere anyways lol. So I haven't gotten on the scale as I'm too scared to :( I do know I'm about 160 lbs now and would LOVE to be at 130 lbs but would settle for 140 lbs. I'm going to try extremely hard to accomplish this goal. I will not set a time limit I'm just going to say if I lose 1-2 lbs per week I will be thrilled!! Who's with me in this? We can help each other and stay focused together...do not let each other give up? I don't want to lose more than 2 lbs a week as it will just backfire I'm sure so keeping it low and attainable!!
