my jeans that were too tight last week are starting to fall down!
i've dieted a lot in my life, but this is the first time i'm not only seeing results, but i'm full and energized all day!
i mean, i guess it's not a diet as much as i'm being mindful about what i put in/do to my body. but it feels great! and i'm losing weight! YAY!!!!!

i've never had anyone ask me what my secret is! hahaha i guess my secrets are eating healthy, eating frequently, no fast food, few processed foods, limiting carbs and... not looking at what i'm doing as a diet, but as a lifestyle change that will improve my overall health, with losing weight as a positive side affect. no more obsessing! :happy:0 -
