I really can't believe the difference

I can't believe the difference until I did this side by side comparison!

In just over 70 days I've changed my body three quarters to my ideal body but I know this last quarter will be the toughest and most challenging part of my journey. Those last few pounds are always the hardest but this photo here has motivated more than anything else could. A couple more pounds and then time to chisel!

Keep striving for a healthy, happy life and if you've just started, stick with it. You'll see results with persistence.
