Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts

And why?

I fully admit to being a Starbucks addict and that's ok. I actually enjoy the coffee in addition to the fru fru drinks. (Which I am also a fan of!)

First off, who doesn't love the Christmas inspired drinks and then their app is awesome to keep you coming back for more crap that you don't need.

whatever is closer. i'm no connoisseur, so i dont care all that much.

Isn't Tim Hortons solely Canadian or has it made its way to the US now too?

I like Starbucks but I'm partial to Scooter's. Its here in NE, not sure how far its reach is in the midwest.

Starbucks when I have a little extra to spend, and DD when I'm on a budget. I was a barista for a Seatles Best for a few years back in NYC and their coffee was pretty bomb, sadly all the stores in my area closed down once Borders went out of business.

Also 7Eleven coffee is actually pretty good, can't beat getting a coffee and a pastry for under 3 bucks..

I actually have the Dunkin' Donuts original blend at home, which I drink on weekends, but I drink Starbucks (Pike Place roast, usually) during the week.

When you're on the road in the middle of nowhere, however, the coffee at Circle K convenience stores is hard to beat.

I really like Dunkin Donuts coffee. Could be an acquired thing because I've lived on it so long.

Starbucks is good, but they are much more rare up here. And stupid expensive. And I get the same feeling in Starbucks that I do in Trader Joe's or Whole Foods: I just don't belong, the other patrons know it, and they're judging me.

There are some Timmy's in the US, mostly in upstate NY. I believe there are a few in Pennsylvania and Ohio too.
  • Starbucks! And because I said so.
