26 inch waist, 37 inch hips. Pant sizes range from size 6-8 depending on brands. Shirts I'm a small.
I'm happy with my weight now and how my body looks. I'm maintaining my weight. The smallest I am willing to go is 120. I think anything lower would be to extreme. My body doesn't seem to want to go lower than 125 though.0 -

It may not I was between 123-125 and thats when I was going thru my ED. But I had bad influences in my life and it seemed like once they went away I managed to gain a little bit and maintained it for a while til I got pregnant with my youngest0 -

I'm 5'5'', currently 158.5 pounds and would like to get down to 140, maybe 135. Heck, I'd be happy at 145 if it's a fit, muscular 145. I have no idea what my current measurements are and don't have a specific goal other than "a bit smaller than I am now." Currently a size 10-12, would like to be an 8.
I know this is heavier than many posters would like to be, but I have a curvy body type with a very wide pelvis. (Runs in my family. My grandmother weighed about 75 pounds when she died and still had huge hips!) From past experience, if I get below 135, I look unbalanced and don't feel especially good either.0 -
First off - I'm over 40, and no longer worry about body perfection I'll never achieve. I am not set on my goals, as long as I get "healthy"... and be the best me I can be. I have always been a little stocky and built curvy so I gain pretty proportionally until the last 5 years when the lovely belly fat made its appearance... and woke me up to what I was doing to myself by not changing with my metabolic needs.
Height: 5'2.5" (Yes, I count my 0.5 when I can, using 5'2 for calculators when not able to add that 0.5 which makes me "denser")
Weight: 167 lbs (originally 192 - so I'm pretty happy for now)
Size: 12-14 (meh)
Measurements: nm, some are great, some are not
Goals: Main goal - feeling good, healthy, strong and fit.
Weight: 125-135, again I'm not set on this, muscle weighs more, so if I'm fit, I don't care as much.
Size:6-8 depending on where I end up.
Goal measurements: down a whole lot more.
My medical labs show a ton of difference in cholesterol, triglycerides, etc in just 6 months of being serious - thats the best NSV ever!0 -

I'm currently 125lbs, bust is 37 inches, waist is 28 inches, hips are 37 inches. I'm a UK size 10 mostly but can fit an 8 on the bottom and sometimes have to get a 12 for the top because of my boobs haha but usually a 10 in most things.
I'm wanting to be around 110-112lbs. Not really thought about my goal measurements but ideally want to be a UK size 6-8, will settle for a solid size 8 though.0 -

I'm 5"2. SW 130lb. CW 125lb. GW is 110lb.
My calorie allowance is 1240 per day, but because I workout a lot I usually end up eating back my exercise calories and it turns out to about 14-1500 calories per day. Progress is slow but steady.0 -
I'll throw my stats in just to fill in the middle of the curve:
5'5 Mom of 5 kids in 8 years, 8 months postpartum right now
SW: 170lbs (around 2 years---and 1 pregnancy---ago)
CW: 135 (just hit it today, whoo hoo!)
UGW: 125-130 (to give me wiggle room for glycogen rebound and menstrual fluctuation)
My measurements are 34-27-36.5 (I've lost about 15 inches total since I first started) and I wear a US size 4-6.
Since I lift heavy and do endurance cycling, I eat an average of 1650 cals a day and, on the long ride days eat back about half my exercise calories. My only goal from here is to have my jeans fit a little better and firm up life-long problem areas like my upper arms and thighs. I am proud of how far I have come (THANK YOU, MFP!!!) and how many great habits I have learned and sustained.
Hope my stats can inspire/help someone else gauge their own goals!0 -
