A Month of 400 Calorie Meals - Recipes
This is an old article from Real Simple. It is a great menu planner. Even if you don't want to cook every recipe they suggest here you could use some of them. Most recipes are very easy and quick to make.

There are reviews for most recipes, so be sure to check them out as some have suggestions for how to make the meal better.

Oooooo, I like this! I try to keep my meals within the 400-600 cal range and a lot of these recipes can certainly be adapted to that. Thanks for the website!0

Thanks for the link to the Real Simple recipes. I glanced through, saw the words "shrimp" and "taco" used in conjunction, and immediately emailed the link to my husband who does all the cooking these days. YUM.0

Funny how meal planning and better shopping are also in my "resolutions" short list, this is perfect - emailed the link to myself to use this weekend as a template to design our own plans. Leftovers will be planned in for lunches for me and hubs during week as well. Love some of these recipes as they seem pretty kid friendly too! Trying to get the whole family on board!0
