If I eat all those things first thing in the morning, will it jump start my metabolism?

Only if you drink a glass of water first to prime it

Should it have apple cider vinegar or apple and cinnamon in it?

Gosh I don't know you forgot something essential.

You need to juice the fruit and then mix it with all of the other ingredients in your blender. It simply won't work unless it is liquefied to extract all the nutrients.

Shouldn't this be in chit chat?

    Seconded.

    Agree here too.

To be fair, if this list was posted in seriousness by someone, taken from the exact same source, this would be the right forum for it. So how is it any less serious simply because it debunks a myth (albeit in a tongue in cheek manner) rather than promotes one?

    this is awesome!

its really not 3180 calories either because the increase in metabolism will reduce your intake by about 500 cals within three hours of finishing eating….

It is less serious because it'snot serious. It's an attempt at satire. Worst of all, it's satire delivered in exactly the same manner and with exactly the same contents as what it satirizes. Which means it's not satire, it's repetition. We don't even need to invoke Poe's law to see the problem.
