Mix with shredded chicken breast, Frank's hot sauce and plain non fat greek yogurt. Buffalo chicken dip/topping. NOM. Really good on a wrap with some lettuce & tomato.

Mushrooms sauteed in butter, carmelized sliced onion and finely sliced garlic, cooked wild rice ( brown rice is boring by itself).

I cook mine then throw it in a pan with eggs. Sometimes pork. It is really good.

I dress mine up in a coat with the tie being optional.

Why not do stir fry? Olive oil, garlic, low sodium soy sauce and a few veggies left over in your fridge to toss in there.
This is a good idea add an egg and you have homemade fried rice.

^^ Yes, this. Stir fry. Inexpensive and delicious!

I think my mom is magic but she actually bakes the rice. She cooks it on the stove top until a little underdone then layers it in a baking dish with some margarine or butter, salt and pepper then puts it in the oven at 350 deg F until it is soft enough for your tastes. Seriously though it tastes like cheesy rice. I have no idea why or how it tastes like that but it is awesome!
