My stats are about the same as yours. I'm 5,4 currently 150 and I'm wanting to get down to 125. hopefully I look as good as you do when I get there.
one question, you said that you started off eating low calories I'm assuming 1200? the. bumped it up. Did you also eat back your exercise calories?
I'm currently eating 1200 so I'm curious:)

I try to net between 1400 and 1600. I can burn anywhere from 300-800 calories at the gym/working out, so I eat those back (or at least try to!).0 -

I stick to it for about three days, then quit because I'm starving. I already run and walk quit a bit. The last frontier for me is overcoming my eating. I appreciate your story. It's encouraging.0

I've actually had more success eating a bit more (there's a lot on these forums on eating more to weigh less). Try it for a couple weeks and see how it feels0 -
