Hi all,
I have been trying to figure out my appropriate level of macros. To do this I went into MFP and modifed my calories to be what I get from TDEE (2500). What this has done (based on a 40/30/30 split) is give me 257g carbs, 193g protein, and 86g fat. Doesn't this seem really high for a day? I am wondering if I should be basing my macros against my BMR instead of TDEE?
Thanks!

For weight loss you should set your calorie goal to TDEE minus a percentage ( minus 20% to lose around 1lb per week) and then set your macros as 40/30/30 of that figure.0

Hi, sorry I should have mentioned that I already did that. My current TDEE is close to 2900, and the modified version was 2500. But MFP (when entering in calorie requirements of 2500 is saying I need 193g of protein with a 40/30/30 split. I feel like this is unattainable?0
