I'm looking for delicious, healthy slow cooker recipes! I'm a slow cooking fool -- it's a busy mom's best friend. My only food restriction is that I don't eat sugar but anything else (meat, gluten, etc) goes.

Here are a few of my favorites:
Santa Fe Chicken

Pulled Pork

(I go very easy on BBQ sauce)

Roast Chicken

I increase the paprika and Italian season to 1T

It's Chili! by George. You can find the recipe everywhere. Best chili I've had. My apologies to those southern purists who reject the notion that anything with beans could possibly be chili.

This one is my familys fav and it is so easy:) Salsa Chicken add 1 jar of salsa and 4-6 chicken breast to the crock pot cook on low for about 6 hours then shred the chicken with a fork ( it almost shreds itself ) serve it over whole wheat tortillas or in a lettuce wrap. It is great with a little sour cream and a few slices of avocado.

LOL....this is what I am eating for lunch right now. Made it for the first time on Sunday. After my wife and I ate dinner, I portioned the left overs out for my lunch this week. So Good!!

Melissa Lyons that is one of my favorites! I add a can of beans and sprinkle diced tortillas and we call it tortilla soup! I added some left over cream and it was delicious! kind of defeats the helahty part

I love this one to except I add a can of black beans rinsed and package of frozen corn. I serve mine with 2% shredded cheddar and low fat sour cream with a few baked tortilla...yummy!!!
