I joined MFP one year ago and I have lost 58lbs. I am not quite at my goal but I am still trudging along. I am posting this pic to encourage other users to keep going. When I was discouraged and felt like quitting, then I would go and look at these success stories and I would feel like I could do it too. I hope my story helps others to keep it up. You can do this!

    OK. I followed the photobucket directions in the tutorial and obviously didnt get it right. Help with pics anyone?

    You need to add [ img ] at the start and [ /img ] at the end of the picture links - no spaces.

    Wow you look great! I've lost about 20 lbs and I'm only 20 more to go to my goal. I'm hoping to achieve it in time for bathing suit season this summer!

    Funny I knew you a year ago and have seen the changes, but they have been gradual so I didn't get the WOW factor of it until know. Great job my friend!

    LOL, I do the same as you! For me weight loss really feels like a long distance race, slow and steady is the only way to win. I come to look at a few photos for inspiration when I feel bogged down with how slow it can be, . Thanks for putting up your pics! I have to say the difference is remarkable. It doesn't cost much to put them up but can mean the difference between success and giving up for someone else, so once I get to where you are I will put up photos too :) well done and keep it up!

    Great job and thanks for sharing. I, too, didn't notice it since, to me, it took a long time. Many others noticed and that made it work for me. Love the new smile! Can't wait to see the HUGE smile when you realize YOU DID IT and can do whatever you put your mind to! Before and after (during?) photos are a nice touch to remind each of us what we have done. You should be proud!
