Hi :-)

Hoping someone can help me....
I can't seem to work out how to get my water goal to work correctly between MFP and fitbit. All alts should be made in MFP and then they wil sync to fitbit - or so they say.

My goal is 3L (3000ml or 6.4 pints). How do I change the '8 glasses' goal in MFP and how many mls are in a MFP glass?

    1 glass = 8 ounces in the US. Which according to Google = 236.588 ml.

    I don't think you can reset the goal for water.


    Personally, I think having a water goal is kind of silly- you need different amounts of water everyday depending on the weather, your exercise, how much electrolytes you consume....An easy metric to determine if you're drinking enough water is if your pee is light yellow, you're good.

    first of all, you've chosen a zombie thread. Why not start a new one? And why 128oz? I think that's roughly 4 liters? That's an awful lot, especially if you all all other fluids you consume throughout the day, like from fruit, vegetables, soups, coffee, cooked pasta or rice, basically anything that contains water.
