Do I eat enough food

So today I ate:
BREAKFAST
2 wholewheat breads = 200 cal
Cheese = 100 cal
Tomato and cucumber = 50 cal
2 pieces of ham = 50 cal
Egg = 100 cal
= 500 cal
4.75 km or 2.95 mi walk = -200 cal
SNACKS
Skim Milk = 100 cal
Apple = 150 cal
= 250 cal
DINNER
Haven't eaten yet.
That's 650 cal from food minus 200 from exercise = 450 cal
Do I eat too little? Keep in mind the above calories are over-estimates, I haven't counted them.
I am going to have dinner soon, wholewheat tortilla, chicken and salad.
Can I eat more on dinner?
I think everyday I eat around 1000-1800 calories.
From November 4 to today I have lost about 11.5 kg or 25.35 lb.
I am 175 cm or 5.74 feet.
My waist went from 41 inch to 35 inch (not sure if accurate).
So am I eating too little?
Thanks for reading!

1000 calories.....ya, way too low.
Netting 1800 is better and probably should be your basement intake.
How much do you weigh?
We're roughly the same height, but I'm 10 years older than you and my TDEE -20% (with ~5 hrs a week of exercise) is almost 2200 calories, could eat around there or more and lose (not knowing your weight, but I feel comfortable in that estimate)
It's hard to say though because I don't know how much you weigh or how much more you want to lose. What kind of exercise (if any) did you do when you dropped 25lbs in 2 months? The issue that I'm seeing is that if you are averaging an intake of 1400 calories you lost a fair amount of LBM as well.0 -

1800 is probably close to right, 1000 is way too low.0

You should probably be eating a minimum of 1800 calories (assuming your age is about 25 and you're male, that's your BMR, or how much energy you need just to fuel your vital organs)
The one below is a bit more accurate, since it considers your activity level and how much you're losing. And that will likely be higher.
