I started MyFitness about a year ago before that I was 525 pounds I got down to 290 before I knew about myfitness. I joined myfitness and I was doing really good and had went down another 20-25 pounds and I let life get in and I haven't been on in the last 6 months. I am 279 so I am still loosing just not very much. Tomorrow I am going to start logging foods and working out again. I would love to have some friends that are on regularly that log that comments and supports. (I will definitely return the favor to support you also) If you would like to just send me a friend request. I have some goals already made up for myself would love for help others also. Thanks Karin
