I measured my body metrics today with the new scale at our gym. My stats are: Body Fat 18.7%, Visceral Fat 3%, BMI 17.8%, muscle mass 31.7%, weight 91.0 lb. I am 5'0" tall. So, according to the info with the scale, and what I have researched online, these statistics are good, I may even be a little underweight. I am VERY healthy, maintain a good diet, and exercise daily, doing both cardio and strength training. SO, why do I have a "tummy' and I can't get rid of it???? I don't think I should lose any more weight, and I do lots of core exercise working all the core muscle groups. What to do????

If those results are all accurate, have you considered food intolerances?0

What do you mean? Does a food intolerance cause a tummy? I'm not intolerant of any food that I know of except raw onions.0
