Hello,
I've been overweight and gaining for a while, always intending to do something about it. I started doing low carb/ keto on and off since Thanksgiving, but on Christmas I got some really bad news. Rather than let that stop me, it has given me new motivation to drop the excess weight and get back into shape. I have been walking every day since then and I hope to be starting couch to 5k soon, if I get my doctors OK on Wednesday. I still have a long way (weigh?) to go, about 80 pounds of fat and I hope to add some muscle as well and could use some friends here for support and to keep me honest.
