I AM NEW TO THIS SITE. I LOVE IT SO FAR ITS GREAT MOTIVATION FOR ME TO KNOW THAT I AM IN CONTROL OF MY EATING . YOU NEVER KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES YOUR EATING UNTIL NOW,WHEN I ABOUT FELL OUT OF MY CHAIR GOING OH MY GOSH I CANT BELIEVE I WAS EATING THIS ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS. JUST WANTED TO SAY HELLO AND GOOD LUCK ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS.

This is my second day too, new to the dieting and keeping track of what I put in my mouth. Makes you kinda stop and think now before consuming.0
