Looking for motivational friends!

Hey! Please add me if your looking for more friends!

My weight loss journey since having my son almost 2 years ago has been incredibly up and down. I started close to 210, lost down to as low as 190, and bounce around within those 20lbs. I would love to lose down to a healthy 165ish. I'm 5'9.

Anyways, I'm into running but would like to explore weight training aswell. Just looking for friends to keep me accountable and to keep me motivated and to hopefully motivate others aswell :)

I'm up for being a motivational buddy for you! I'm generally not great at motivating myself, but I'm pretty good at motivating others.

Hi, I started at over 200 lbs in 2009. I just did it alone back then but I'm 5'8 and since using this site consistently this last year I'm down to 141 lbs and no longer seem to yoyo. I'm 5'8 and run 3 x p/w as well as doing weights 2-3 times p/w. Feel free to send me a friend request if u want some motivation/support

Add me! I could use support too with weight loss!
  • You can add me; I've been doing this for about 5 months and have lost a little over 50 lbs. I've gotten into using kettle bells, builds strength and endurance.
