Help Losing weight

Hi my name is Drexler you can call me Drex. Lately I've been gaining weight and can't stop eating late nights. Can anyone give me tips for how to start losing weight. I weigh 180lb my goal is to be at lease 160 no frame and time. Thanks guys!

    What is your current calorie goal set at? What was the activity level you chose (sedentary, active, etc) and what was the week loss you picked (1lb? 2lb?)

    you can start by eating on a deficit without working out.
    if youve been snacking late nights, try pushing your dinner later like 9-10pm then push your breakfast to 10am-11am.
    I work nights so my sched is weird.

    once you know your target weight, now you can calculate your BMR. you can do that here....

    next - update your diet profile on MFP.

    - type in current weight
    - adjust goal weight
    - adjust activities

    - adjust goal (i.e lose 1lb/week)

    for example if you have a 2400 calories suggested by MFP, eat 100-500calories deficit 5x/week and stay within your cals on weekend.
