i had a guy ask me out and told me to pick something to do. I told him to dress comfortable and in sneakers and to bring swimming shorts. I picked him up and and took him to the gym. we played basketball ,went for a swim and sat in the whirlpool.. we had a great time!!!0

See...I love food so dinner dates are wonderful to me. That said...I prefer to experiment so I like going to places ive never been or exploring new cuisine. There are also theme type dinners one can go to...:-)
Other than dinner...hmm.

Gallery or museum
Gaming session if you're both into video games
Gym dates
Horseback riding
Zoo
Aquarium
Going to some sporting event you both like
Exploring your city
Pool or bowling
Rollerblading/hiking/skiing/swimming
Aquapark or Amusement park
Watching the sun set and then star gazing
A play or musical or dance performance or opera

Something active! One cool date I went on was a bike ride! Afterwards we did get something to eat but that's only because we were hungry after.
I second stuff like bowling, pool, or some other adult fun house.
Board games, cards, a museum....
I'm one of those who lives to eat but there are still so many things out there you can do that don't involve food!0 -
