Weekly Must-Haves

Options
What are some of the things you make sure to have in your fridge?

I buy weekly the following:

* tortilla wraps
* baby carrots
* lettuce
* some type of cheese ( usually goat's cheese or white cheddar)

I am trying to buy more fruit, but I definitely like summer fruits more than what is available now

    HI,

    So sorry to get back to you so late.

    I am on a low carb high fat diet (lchf) and I use the coconut oil for cooking, or for drinking in my black coffee. Coconut oil has lots of really, really good fats.

    You can look lchf on the net to get an idea of this way of eating.

    Have a nice day :)
