Intro. and Want to get the most of MFP

Hi All, I have been using MyFitnessPal for over a year to track my food and exercise. I am not sure whether my weight is normal or not. I know I am happy with how I look in the mirror, but I hate the number on the scale. I am 5 feet tall. I weigh somewhere between 97-98 lbs. I gained 2 lbs over the holidays. I was around 95-96 and I am happiest around 95 lbs. I know this is crazy on a rational level, but emotionally it feels uncomfortable and that I weigh too much. I work hard to prepare my lunch for work each day. I make sure to do the best that I can with dinner each night. I always make time for exercise. I don't know whether to eat more or less? It has also been suggested that I go on an anti-candida diet for my really horrid constipation. I will be seeing a nutritionist on Jan. 20th to begin that diet regimen.

I don't know whether I am heavy or not for my height. I don't look it. The numbers on the scale are killing me. What do you think? Is 97-98 lb normal?

Oh and....
What is one way that you made the best use of Myfitnesspal?

Thanks,

    Metropolitan life says

    5'0" tall
    103 small frame
    120 medium frame
    137 large frame

but they say your age should also be figured into it. :noway:
  • Good information. As is most likely it is all in my head. I still worry. Judging by your wagon you must be a fan of Oregon Trail.
