    We have one at the gym and my trainer told me it's a waste of time, you're better off to do crunches.

    That's what I thought. Most of that stuff is crap. But some times those commercials can be so illuding.

    Oh well, I just don't want to throw money away at a gym. I am looking into one right now, but they won't come to my terms and I will never agree to being bullied.

    I want to pay as I go with no contract. And they want me to do auto pay through my bank?? That sound like a contrct to me.....

    I want to buy 3 months with one month free and they only want to give me 1 week free and pay up front for the first month??

    My deal sound better and they would already have their money....

    I don't know....
