Hi everybody! My name is Susan.
Wife, mother and grandmother.
I've yoyo'd between 120 and 165 for over 20 years. 5'3"
There is nothing much diet-wise that I have not tried. In fact, I have been a moderator on a board very much like this.
From past experience, I know that my way of life must be low carb, good protein with cardio and weight lifting. But I have to get my head really into the game and that's why I've turned to myfitnesspal. I need to track and study!
