Values on "my fitnesspal"

Excuse my ignorance ! Can anyone explain what the "values" are on the foods listed. are they in grams .... when I lised bacon it listed sodium 400 per rasher - Is that .400 of a gram and when it states sugar as 21 is that 21 grams ...Dont understand it ... please help

    though, "rasher" is an unknown value... I'd find a listing labeled per slice or in grams

    :flowerforyou: sodium is in milligrams..........I keep mine at 1600.....other people allow themselves higher amounts. cholesterol is also in milligrams

    calcium and some other nutrients are listed in % of daily requirement
