Values on "my fitnesspal"

Excuse my ignorance ! Can anyone explain what the "values" are on the foods listed. are they in grams .... when I lised bacon it listed sodium 400 per rasher - Is that .400 of a gram and when it states sugar as 21 is that 21 grams ...Dont understand it ... please help

yes, those are in grams0

though, "rasher" is an unknown value... I'd find a listing labeled per slice or in grams0

:flowerforyou: sodium is in milligrams..........I keep mine at 1600.....other people allow themselves higher amounts. cholesterol is also in milligrams
calcium and some other nutrients are listed in % of daily requirement0 -
