Newbie Needing to drop 45kg

Good Morning All :)

My Name is Beka im 24, i live in Mornington VIC and i need to drop 45kg in total.
I am hoping to drop 10kg-15kg before my wedding in March this year.

Im looking for friends to help keep each other motivated. I know how hard it is when you have such a big goal.
I've lost 20kg before in the past but manage to put it all back on and then some :(

This time around im not giving in. Im over being like this and im over being uncomfortable around people and i really want to have kids so im working out 4-5 days a week, for about 30-60 mins, i have pt once a week and im doing the Ashy Bines eating clean plan. Lets see how i go!
