I want dat booty

Any routines for getting a nice rounded booty??. That is my focus for 2014, any good routines would be very much appreciated :). I unfortunately have to work my *kitten* off to get some shape in there...

    It's basically a heavy lifting program with some extra glute work.

    Wider stance squats, barbell glute bridges, high foot position leg press, kneeling squats, all will work your glutes well.
    I should know, my *kitten* is phat.

    Squats, deadlifts, lunges, single leg deadlifts, and bulgarian split squats are all good exercises that help to get dat booty. Make sure to push yourself by using weights that are heavy (but manageable) for you.
  • yea thanks, I do all those already need to add more weight I think, and give it some time.... i figured i might need to increase my carb intake a little as well, gotta start eating those sweet potatoes and oats (yuck).
