Hi all... 41 years old and one year after thyroidectomy to the day . Feeling better except for the weight gain. Going to try to lose. 30 lbs... Anyone ready for the journey with me

I have Hashimoto's. It took me a long time to lose the weight (20 lbs. in a year), so don't be discouraged when you don't lose at Biggest Loser-type speed.
