Hello!
After having bursitis in my hip for six months, in July last year I started training (and improving my diet) with a personal trainer. I've dropped a dress size and around 7 kilos and want to keep this going until I reach my weight and exercise goals.

That's great! I had bursitis in my hip for 3 years and then finally chose to have surgery a little over a year ago. Unfortunately I still have the pain and kind of regret having the surgery. I'm now trying to get back in to an exercise program that chooses some things that are easier on the hip and am doing lots of stretches. Good luck to you!0
