Healthy low calorie meal ideas?

I just started this week, but don't want to eat eggs every day and am usually a veggie nut when not at my in laws lol(heaters blown adgot cold I have an infant so here I am). Does anyone have meal suggestions to fit my 1,620 calorie limit so I don't get bored

    Why don't you log a 'normal' meal for yourself, see what the cals come to and then cut back here and there or substitute?

    That way you're still eating "normal" food just less cals.

    if you like your veggies try making vegetarian meals they are normally lower in cals, or like jigsaw said portion control ! Instead of two scoops of mash have one and extra veg :) google low cal meals and you will get a ton of stuff

    My dairy is open- if you want to look

    baked sweet potatoes with chicken or turkey and steamed veggie

    any sort of salad you want: add tuna or chicken or beans/lentils litehouse makes some really good low calorie dressings if you don't
    want to make your own.

    Grilled steak, steamed veggies, a starch if you want one (Rice, quinoa, potato).

    Eat the foods you like!
