Rate My Meals and correct (feel free to add yours!)

New and trying out new options to stay within my calorie limits.

Breakfast
2 boiled eggs
Arnolds - Whole Grain Health Nut Bread, 1 slice

Lunch
Dr. Pepper
Arnolds - Whole Grain Health Nut Bread, 1 slice
Land O Frost - Roast Beef Lunch Meat, 2 slices
Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella All Natural Cheese Sliced, 1 slice
Butterball - Boneless Turkey Breast Roast Breast Meat, 1 oz (pulled right from the baked bird, a little under a palm size)

Dinner (worst of the day likely)
Fried Chicken
1 cup of Collard Greens

Snacks
Betty Crocker - Whipped Milk Chocolate Frosting (Hershey's), 2 tbsp (was a natzi with this kept it at two tbsps)
Ghirardelli Chocolate - Milk Chocolate Chips, 8 chips (added this to the above in a cup)

    you eat dry bread?

    theres not much in the way of fruit or veg and i would suggest getting some scales... if you are estimating everything you are probably way off.

    Good start, sort of...except, not NEARLY enough fruit or veggies! Only one cup of greens a day? You need way more than that!

    You should add more fruits and vegetables. :) Also If I were you I would avoid the bread

    Thank you for the constructive criticism, Ive always went by imagery with estimates so you are most definitely right.

    When I started trying to lose weight in November (before I found this site) I mainly aet only raw vegetables and fruit but was WAAAY under my calorie intake and always had horrible cravings, so I was told to switch to eating mostly protein and breads. Im now learning this isnt working either so thank you both. Im starting to realize balance is the only way.
