OK, I am trying to find the nutritional info for FRESH, PLAIN corn on the cob....regular size, not the mini's.....:explode: grilled (NO salt and spray butter (0 calories). I've found a range from 70 calories to 180!!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrr...sometimes it's so frustrating!

    try fresh plain corn.
    there shouldnt be a difference whether its from the cob or not if its fresh.

    I think whatever you use calorific content varies a bit! Have to take the best "guestemate"
    The book I use when stuck, The Healthy Diet Calorie Counter classes corn(no mention of on the cob though) as 93 cals per 100 gram

    Fresh Bites states that a large ear of Corn on the Cob contains about 127 calories.

    I am also having trouble with this one. I have heard as low as 70 cals. and as high as 170 cals. :explode: Let me know if you find something acurate!
