Back after 7 months off need to lose14lb to get to where i was any help and support appreciated

get counting them calories and remember why you started in the first place !
always reflect back on why you started, it will get you further than anything else0 -

This is what worked for me:
weigh/measure/log every morsel of food
eat at a calorie deficit that will be healthy for YOU
find something you like to do and then do it consistently
have patience
stop quitting - do it every day
If you do this every day, you are building healthy habits that will outlast all the motivation and will power you can imagine. Good luck.0
