Wow, that's a lot to burn in a week! What all are you doing, and how often are you exercising? I'm always looking for new movements to add to a routine! Usually I do bootcamp classes twice a week and then do weight training in between.
Feel free to add me on here as well - I've been on and off for awhile, but now I'm going to make sure I'm ON. I wanna track my progress and get rid of my tummy this year!0 -
