Water retention

Hi, how do you get rid of water retention. I've worked out really hard today but no have a bloated stomach which I am assuming is water retention.

Do I just drink more water to help with this?

    Water retention can be caused by so many things. I found I bloat up horribly with wheat, so now I'm wheat-free.

    Drinking more always took days for me (for the bloating to go down), during which time I'd eaten more wheat anyway...it was only by inadvertently going wheat-free due to LCing that I discovered those were the only times I wasn't bloated.

    You may need to experiment a little and find out what's causing the bloating.
