Friends needed

Hi everyone,

Looking for mfp friends to help me stay on track, Started losing weight in March 2013 at 235 pounds and got down to 185 fairly quickly but fell off track at the end of summer and have been floating between 180 and 195 ever since, Tried starting back up again a few times alone and got down to 178 pounds (lowest i've been since 1996! Back when I was 17 and I had my first son and he'll be 18 next Dec and an Adult!) but for some reason as soon as the scale shows under the 180 pound mark I toss in the towel and eat everything in sight :(
This time I'm hoping with some online support from people also working towards losing weight I'll be able to stick with it and finally get to my goal so if you're looking for mfp friends please add me.

    I am new to this whole online support etc. but not new to weight loss and weight gain. I have hit my all time high last month and decided to dedicate myself to getting healthy. Unlike you however, (t least of late) I haven't been able to stick to it for more then a few days let alone long enough to loose as much as you have. CONGRADS! I am willing to offer support and drive if that will help. In trade I need your secrets for getting to a place below the 200 mark! :wink:

    I am right there with you. I was 234 to start, got down to 180 and stopped paying attention back up to 195. Having a hard time getting it off. Making sure I drink all the water and log everything.

    Really would like to loose that last 50 pounds. It just gets harder as I get older.
