Hi all, from a Newbie to the site

Hi all,

I've never tried using My Fitness Pal so this will be a first for me. I have about 60 pounds to lose to get to the top of my weight range, and I've never gotten there on Weight Watchers, although once in 1998 I was 15 pounds from it, then a birthday cake derailed me.

I'm 54, married, 2 grown kids (one still at home) and an office job which involves sitting a lot. I struggle to find time for exercise, but I have figured out that if I don't find time for me, no one else will.

Not sure how this calorie counting will work out but I attached my fitbit account to this, so I can keep track of activity.

  • I'm trying out Keto and so far its worked incredibly well with my Friends. Only started 5 days ago seem to have lost 1kg already. Check out the keto page on reddit if you need more details.
