    5'2" at 165 lbs. My goal and my doctors set goal for me is 125 lbs. but I have to get down to 145 lbs. by February as I had an emergency surgery in November and need to go back for reconstructive surgery and due to possible complications, my doctor will not do the surgery unless I'm at 145. I'm really discouraged right now but keep trying and have been trying hard, cutting my meals and portions, cutting the sugar and carbs, exercising my tail off and walk walk walking but it just seems to be at a stand still for me now. Stuck at 166 one day and 165 the next. I'm not quitting and will refuse to give up!

    Hi all,

    5'3'', size 8 (don't know in US sizes!!) on top half, 12 on bottom half due to large bum!
    SW: 140

    GW: 120 (I can't see this ever happening, lowest I've ever got to was 128 as an adult)

    Finding it difficult at the moment due to large numbers of chocolate related gifts I've received over the festive period.

    Need to find a hiding please/feed them to my SO.

    my goals are to get down to 135# i have no idea what size tha tis becase i've never been smaller than 150 and at 150 I was a size 10/12.

    I'm 5' 2" 3/4 and currently weigh 151 my goal for right now is 137 but that could change the more i loose. I don't actually know how low of a weight i can get to. my measurements right now are 39 -35 -38.5

    Having come down from a very unhappy size 20 UK -24 USA in the last 5 months, the next leg of this battle may take the rest of this year to win.

    I'm currently 5'5 and 225 lbs my goal is to get to the size I was before I had my five kids which was 130 lbs I would even like to try getting a little smaller , so my ultimate weight would be 115-120

    Hi..we'll I am 5"2... My goal is between 125-130...that would put me into a size seven jeans....but older now...when I was younger I was a happy 115 pounds...that was a size 3-5 jeans.

    Additional goal: Decrease my out of control bust size! I gained 2 cups in 18 months!

    Don't know my actual measurements ATM, but I would love to look great in a new costume I am working on.

    Kinda good to see that there are a lot of people my size who are also shooting for lower weights and sizes. Or trying to gain weight like I was during college. I tell my friends my goals and they look at me like I'm crazy. I have a small, hour glass frame and a thyroid disorder so I know I am not crazy for thinking I should be smaller.

    Current workout routine: 5 to 6x/week between Zumba, Kickboxing, Strength training, abs, and elliptical
    Future workout: Incorporate ballet barre (used to dance as a child!)

    Started in Nov 2013 right after Thanksgiving - didn't gain any weight between Christmas and New Years. Looking to be fit by mid-February, but may be traveling for work a lot, so trying to find online workouts.

    I'm 5'3"

    Current Weight: 222, size 16/18 (16s are really too tight for the most part, but I can wear the Sweetheart cut jeans from Old Navy in a 16 because they're cut for folk with backsides for days)

    Goal Weight: 135-140. If I were to leave my lean muscle mass exactly where it is and just get to a healthy body fat percentage, that'd be around where I'd need to be, so this goal is actually a little fluid depending on whether I gain more muscle or not. I'm aiming at around 22% body fat. The last time I weighed 130 I was in high school, and I wore a size 7-9 juniors so I'd be pretty happy in a size 8.

    I know everyone's different, but it always strikes me that other women my height have goal weights significantly lower than my own, but I suppose I'm just one of those really solid people (my lean body mass is higher than some folks' goal weights. I don't really know if I'm happy about that or not.).
